**Providing logistics**: Dispatchers provide precise logistics for drivers to follow along on their routes.

**Coordinating delivery times**: Dispatchers coordinate delivery times.

**Preparing work orders**: Dispatchers prepare work orders for crews or receive work orders from crews.

**Preparing daily work**: Dispatchers prepare daily work such as schedules.

**Dispatching personnel**:Dispatchers dispatch police officers, ambulances, fire, public works, utilities department, and electric company to appropriate calls.

**Managing personnel**: Field service dispatchers are responsible for managing personnel in companies such as electric utilities, construction, telecommunications, and transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
