**Job Title: Customer Contract Executive**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Job Overview **:As a Customer Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle. You will work closely with various teams to draft, review, and maintain contracts while also addressing internal and customer concerns and inquiries related to contractual agreements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing customer contracts.
- Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, Accounting and other relevant departments to ensure contract terms align with company policies and processes.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms and conditions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding contractual matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the Sales team to mitigate risks and ensure contracts adhere to legal guidelines and industry regulations.
- Monitor contract performance, renewals, and amendments, and proactively communicate upcoming deadlines or changes to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Maintain organized and updated records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Any bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in a related field
- X years of experience in contract management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex contract terms clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. MS Excel intermediate and above.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in contract reviews and management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in logistics, transportation and supply chain management
- Familiarity with ERP systems and databases for contract management.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
