**Key Responsibilities**:
- Teach undergraduate, graduate, and professional pharmacy courses in areas such as pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, therapeutics, and pharmacy practice.
- Lead and develop research projects in pharmaceutical sciences, with a focus on drug development, pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacy, or other specialized fields.
- Publish original research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at national and international conferences.
- Mentor and advise graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior faculty members.
- Contribute to the continued development and innovation of the pharmacy curriculum.
- Participate actively in university and departmental committees and service activities.
- Engage in collaborations with other academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and industry partners.
- Participate in professional development, outreach, and service to the broader pharmacy community.
**Qualifications**:
- PhD, M.Pharm, or equivalent degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in academia, with a strong record of research productivity and publications.
- Experience in teaching and curriculum development at the university level.
- Demonstrated leadership in research, teaching, and service within the pharmacy profession.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor students and collaborate with colleagues.
- A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the academic environment.
