**Role Overview**

As a Clinic Coordinator, you will be the face of TAC, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and a flawless client experience. You’ll manage appointments, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure everything runs smoothly—from client check-ins to clinic operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome clients and manage daily appointments with professionalism.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff for smooth service flow.
- Address client queries promptly, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment logs.
- Oversee stock of consumables and products, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Ensure the clinic environment is always welcoming, organized, and client-ready.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **2-4 years’ experience** in clinic coordination, front office, or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Smart, polished, and client-focused personality.
- Ability to multitask and handle operations efficiently.
- Prior experience in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare is highly preferred.
