**ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE.**

**Location**:Vasai Road EastMumbai.

**Experience**: Min. 4 to 5 Years

**Industry Type**: Real Estate/ Property.

**Functional Area**:Accounts Management.

**Objective**:Ensuring accurate entries of all the transactions including Sales, Purchase, receipts, payments, debit/credit notes, journal entries etc. on real time basis.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assisting Accounts manager in Finalization of Accounts.

2. Should have Experience in preparing balance sheet.

3. Assisting Seniors Liasioning with auditors (Internal & External).

4. Ensuring Timely completion of Statutory requirement i.e preparing, payment and filing of return for TDS/GST & others.).

5. Ensuring ledger Scrutiny on timely basis & rectification of errors.

6. Assisting seniors in Liasoning with Bank basic compliance.

**Skill required.**

1. Good Hand on experience in MS office (Excel/word/Tally recent version)

2. Should have practical knowledge in excel higher function formula of it.

3. Knowledge of Reconciliation of Bank accounts & Basic MIS.

4. Knowledge of keeping track records of the debit and the credit of all the suppliers, contractors and consultants.

**CTC**:As per Industrial Standard.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
