Their duties might include keeping shipping records up-to-date and accurate, routing shipments according to company policies, and monitoring shipments throughout the entire journey.

**Provide accurate, valid information to customers' inquiries using the right methods/tools**. Coordination with forwarders and preparation to execute shipments from worldwide shipping platforms. Invoicing and preparing of all export documentation.
