**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Organization**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute live events for beauty brand clients on a daily basis.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events align with brand strategies.

**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote events and engage with the audience.
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Monitor analytics to track engagement and campaign performance.

**Content Creation**:

- Take photos and videos during events for social media posting.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

**Experience**: No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus.
