**Location: Ernakulam, Kacheripady**
**Work Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM (Sunday Off)**
**Salary: ₹20,000**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:

- Source gifts merchandise and maintain inventory.
- Organize photographs and create presentations.
- Perform data entry and maintain/update records and databases.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence.
- Prepare and send estimates and invoices.
- Generate reports and maintain a tidy workspace.
**2. Field Support**:

- Source gift materials and collect samples.
- Execute gift orders with printers and manufacturers.
**3. Gift Order Fulfilment**:

- Assemble hampers and gifts as per orders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Age: 21 to 30 years**:

- **Must possess a 2-wheeler**.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Good communication skills; **basic Hindi speaking is a plus.**:

- A positive 'can do' attitude and a strong sense of accountability.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
