Content Creator & Show Producer - Finance Sector

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Content Creator & Show Producer** to lead the ideation, creation, and production of high-quality multimedia content in the finance sector. This role is ideal for a creative professional who understands financial markets, investment strategies, and fintech trends — and can bring them to life through compelling content formats like video series, podcasts, webinars, and digital storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Strategy**
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with financial education, market trends, and brand goals.
- Create high-quality video, audio, and written content focused on topics such as investing, personal finance, fintech, and economic insights.
- Write scripts, outlines, and briefs for videos, podcasts, and webinars.

**Show & Series Production**
- Produce and manage recurring shows (YouTube series, LinkedIn Lives, podcasts, webinars, etc.) tailored to our audience of retail investors, finance professionals, or institutional clients.
- Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production processes including scheduling, storyboarding, directing, and editing coordination.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (analysts, economists, fund managers) and external guests or influencers for feature segments.

**Brand & Audience Engagement**
- Maintain a consistent visual and editorial tone that reflects the brand’s authority and trustworthiness in the finance sector.
- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track audience metrics, engagement trends, and feedback to inform content improvement and innovation.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with marketing, design, social media, compliance/legal, and analytics teams to ensure content accuracy, branding, and distribution.
- Manage freelancers, editors, and contractors when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Journalism, Media Production, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or show development — preferably in the finance, fintech, or business news space.
- Strong understanding of financial topics and ability to communicate them clearly to different audience segments.
- Proficiency in content tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
- Experience hosting or producing shows (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial communications (nice to have).

**Nice to Have**:

- On-camera presence or voiceover experience.
- Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcast platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts).
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or SEO optimization platforms.
