Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities, group discussions, and individualized instruction.
- Assess student learning through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary units and share best practices for enhancing student achievement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in mathematics education and pedagogical techniques.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license in Mathematics (or eligibility to obtain certification).
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level (middle school or high school).
- Strong knowledge of mathematics content, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in technology integration to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Passion for mathematics education and a desire to inspire students to become lifelong learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
