**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**:

- Prepare and post products across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Alibaba, and more.
- Write compelling product descriptions with an SEO focus, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
- Manage product images, ensuring high-quality visuals for better customer engagement.
- **Keyword Research**:

- Conduct keyword analysis to improve product visibility and ranking.
- Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to identify high-performing keywords.
- Optimize listings for both short-tail and long-tail keywords to enhance discoverability.
- **Order Management**:

- Monitor and process customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle queries, returns, and complaints to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team for seamless order fulfillment.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales data, website traffic, and product performance.
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Generate reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- **Marketing & Promotions**:

- Manage promotional campaigns such as discounts, sales events, and seasonal offers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to run ads and sponsored listings.
- Optimize product placements to increase conversion rates.
- **Platform Management**:

- Stay updated with the latest features and policies of various e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines to avoid penalties.
- Manage multiple country-specific product families for platforms like Alibaba.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
