**Responsibilities**: - Ensures resource gaps are addressed as a priority to avoid business service disruption. - The role involve direct interaction with end users involving business stakeholder and regional dev/BA stakeholders - Utilizes good understanding of procedures and concepts within apps development and basic knowledge of other technical areas. - Improves process efficiencies in support of unit objectives; recommends new work procedures. - Applies basic understanding of how own area integrates within apps support. - Makes evaluative judgments to solve problems based on analysis of factual information. - Ensures the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team. - Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner with tact and sensitivity to audience diversity. - Management responsibility for a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval - Acts as backup to Apps Support Sr. Supervisor or Manager. - Performs other duties and functions as assigned **Qualifications**: - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Basic to intermediate level experience in an Apps Support role with previous people management experience **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Applications Support - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
