Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients: Research and identify potential clients in various industries

and markets that can benefit from our LED display solutions. Develop a strategic approach to

reach out to these prospects and establish business relationships.

Generate leads and sales: Proactively generate leads through various channels such as

networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals. Convert leads into sales by presenting our

products, solutions, and services to potential clients, understanding their needs, and

demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings.

Build and maintain client relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new clients,

acting as a trusted advisor. Understand their business goals and challenges and provide tailored

solutions that meet their specific requirements. Continuously nurture client relationships to foster

long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales,

marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of our LED

display solutions. Collaborate with these teams to develop customized proposals, address client

inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and

developments in the LED display industry. Understand the competitive landscape and market

dynamics to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Essential Pre requisites:
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the LED

display industry or a similar technology-driven sector.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key

decision-makers.

Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

effectively.

Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
