Laboratory Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our team. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting laboratory operations and assisting with experiments and research projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare laboratory specimens and samples for analysis and testing
- Assist with conducting experiments and research projects under the guidance of laboratory supervisors or scientists
- Maintain laboratory equipment, including cleaning and organizing work areas and monitoring inventory levels of supplies and reagents
- Record and maintain accurate laboratory data and results
- Follow laboratory protocols and safety procedures, including disposing of hazardous waste materials and wearing appropriate protective gear
- Assist with laboratory quality control and quality assurance procedures
- Communicate with laboratory personnel and supervisors regarding laboratory operations and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by laboratory supervisors or management

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and procedures
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow laboratory protocols and safety procedures
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus for extended periods of time

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
