**Job Title**: Inbound Voice - Analyst (US Voice Process)

**Location**: Chandigarh

**Job Type**: Full-time, Rotational Shifts

**Job Summary**:
As a **Customer Care Executive** for the **Inbound US Voice Process** with a focus on **Sales and Upselling**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to US-based customers, answering their queries, and proactively offering products and services to drive revenue growth. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled effectively while identifying upsell opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Professionally and courteously answer incoming calls from customers.
- Actively listen to customers' concerns and ask probing questions to identify their needs.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions while looking for upselling opportunities.
- Address customer objections and concerns with empathy to close sales effectively.
- Record detailed information about customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by upselling during calls.
- Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- **Sales-Oriented**: Previous experience in customer service with a focus on sales and upselling (preferably in a call center environment).
- **Multi-tasking & Problem-Solving**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and think quickly.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- **Shift Flexibility**: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM systems.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Preferred**: Bachelor's degree in any field.
