Packin Club is a forward-thinking sustainable packaging company aiming to eliminate single-use plastics through innovative compostable solutions. As a Field Sales Intern, you will directly engage with businesses, build relationships, and promote our eco-friendly products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit potential clients on-site to introduce and demonstrate Packin Club’s range of compostable packaging products.
- Identify and approach new leads across different sectors, including retail, hospitality, and manufacturing.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, meetings, and sales progress.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions and events.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends in the packaging industry.
