**Junior Quantity Surveyor**

We are seeking an experienced **Quantity Surveyor**to join our team and manage project costs, ensure legal and quality standards are met, and support the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Preparing running and final bills for projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedule.

Qualifications and Skills:

- B-tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 2 years of experience in civil quantity surveying (preferably in [residential/commercial/infrastructure] sector)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Good understanding of civil engineering methods and project execution
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000/-, 20,000/- per month
