Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech
- You must have experience of 12 - 18 years (designation will be aligned to experience and skills)
Required skills
- Proficient in manual and automated software testing methodologies and test automation
- Expertise in functional and automated UI Testing is a must (like Selenium, Robot Framework)
- Expertise in automated API Testing - (SOAP, REST API) Tools like Karate, Postman, SOAPUI
- Expertise in Load & Performance testing
- Knowledge on cloud, Docker, Kubernetes and setting up continuous testing pipeline
- Experience in Test Case Management and Bug tracking tool like ALM, Xray
- Experience in automated test report generation
- Experience in TDD / BDD
- Experience in programming languages - Perl / Python / Core Java
- Conversant with agile software development processes / methodologies
Additional skills
- Knowledge in Contract testing
- Experience in shell scripting
What You Need to Succeed
- Guide teams on Manual and Automation testing (Embedded Software, Webservices and Cloud Based Applications)
- Provide insights to team on different levels of testing (UI, Performance, Functional, System, Integration, and Regression)
- Design and help set up test automation suites as required
- Analyze proposed and current features and workflows to identify high-risk areas and design a test strategy
- Define and build test strategies at product and organization level
- Identify and support deployment of best-in-class tools aligned to the organizational standards
- Mentor senior test engineers
- Provide support and infrastructure related documentation as required
- Work in an international environment with a multicultural team
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug and resolve problems at various levels - software, integration, system and customer deployment
- Good analytical skills and aptitude
- Team player with high flexibility and attention to detail
