ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Know how to use design to tell a visual story and add value to the learning experience that our learners will love.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to build the visual learning journey
- Implementation of brand guidelines
- Create illustrations and icons for learning materials
- Creation of infographics & data-visuals to tell data-driven stories
- Create learning material templates for faculty e.g. PowerPoints, Canva templates, banners, worksheets etc
- Create web elements and social media posts Essential Skills and Experience

Essential Skills and Experience
- Meticulous attention to design detail and typography, with the ability to produce clean, learning design
- Proficient in Adobe CC’s Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch et al,Wordpress, HTML,
- Ability to create infographics/ data-visuals to tell data-driven visual stories
- Responsive design experience (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work at a fast pace
- Animation skills or game design experience would be a plus
- Team Player
- Motivated and self-driven and comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
