As the Sales Associate you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, assisting with sales, and coordinating with various departments in the hotel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries about room availability, rates, amenities, and the services we offer in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in conducting tours of the hotel for potential clients and guests.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on strategies to increase occupancy rate and total sales.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell additional services and amenities.
- Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping to ensure room availability and readiness.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of room types, rates, and hotel policies.
- Participate in promotional events to increase the hotel’s visibility in the local community.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-year experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems and office software like Microsoft Office.
- Able and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
- Professional appearance and cordial demeanor.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
