- Analyse Incidents, Non-conformance, Customer complaints, Line rejection & implement corrective action on root causes
- Complete activities/projects for line performance improvement/ target achievement with respect to Safety, Productivity, Quality & Cost

**Additional Skills**:

- Knowledge about HMC/VMC machine programming(Fanuc/Mazak)
- 7QC, Quality Circle, 5S, Kaizen, VSM, ENCON, SPC
- Expertise in 5C machining processes
- Must have knowledge about ERP related transactions
- Sound knowledge of IMS
