**Job description**

- Maintenance of exceptional clinical operations
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Supervise execution of activities to the nurses and nursing assistants
- Maintain patient management system at the facility
- Ensure allocate and schedule duties to the team
- Conduct periodic client visit and report/implement the feedback
- Maintain the relationships with other medical consultants
- Coordinate with other stake holders like hospitals, labs, ambulance services, pharmacies, physiotherapy clinics
- Handle critical or emergency situations with due diligence
- Maintaining medical/client records, documentation and reporting
- Ensuring safe medication management practices that include drug calculation, IV therapy, drug indenting and administration, prevention of drug errors, monitoring of fridge temperature, look alike and sound alike medications and crash cart maintenance.
- Regular monitoring of Crash cart in terms of drugs availability, expiry date and consumption
- Constantly communicate the general & health condition with the families/guardians
- Coordinate the clients and relatives during their outside OPD consultation, Planned in Patient Admission and Family communication.
- Ensuring patient safety following patient safety goals including the provision of care for the vulnerable patients.
- Ensuring the provision of a safe environment in both preventive and promotive aspects for all patients, relatives and significant others.
- Ensure the delivery of value added services to the resident
