Preschool Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and school objectives.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, providing regular feedback and support to parents and guardians.
- Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with parents, keeping them informed about their child's development and any concerns.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- State teaching certification or relevant early childhood education qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Preschool: 1 year (required)
