We are hiring Experienced Apparel/ Women's wear Designer for Faridabad, Haryana (Delhi/NCR).
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Identifying new and relevant trends in terms of silhouettes, color, look, Prints, treatment, concepts, fabrics, trims and ensure a quick translation into our brand language and aesthetics, with full focus on commercial viability.
- Introduction of new and innovative concepts that can be potential commercial drivers and drive engagement and story-telling for the brand.
- Complete ownership in product development process in terms of range planning, sampling, pricing and styling. Product development process to be complete with ideas on how to sell, visual engagement in terms of photo shoot, styling and story-telling.
- Entrepreneurial in approach with an independent and a compelling thought process.
- Ability to complete within planned deadlines while working inter and intra department to ensure a smooth process flow.
- Strong understanding of pattern making and value addition techniques to ensure the right product at the right price.
- Understanding of global fashion trends and implementing to create a unique product for the brand
Qualification
NIFT/Pearl /NID Fashion Design Graduate
Experience
- 4+ yrs. of experience in women's wear with reputed Indian Brands or International brands with hands-on experience in creative design development.
- Experience of designing and presentation for fashion shows/ events.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
