**About the Role**: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career designers who want to work on diverse client projects across multiple industries and gain valuable experience in software design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for client projects
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless design-to-code implementation
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
- Develop design systems and component libraries for various client projects
- Create detailed design specifications and style guides for development teams
- Participate in client meetings and design reviews
- Maintain brand consistency across different client projects

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and design handoff process
- Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-platform compatibility
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate to code
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
- Understanding of API integrations and data visualization
- Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Principle, Framer)
- Basic knowledge of backend systems and databases
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
- Experience working in software development teams
