Position Overview

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executives. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our real estate offerings, and scheduling follow-ups. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects.

2. Provide information about our projects, answer queries, and address customer concerns.

3. Generate interest and schedule follow-ups for sales discussions.

4. Maintain an accurate record of calls, customer details, and feedback.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion.
Requirements

Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior telemarketing experience is a plus.

Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and local/regional languages.

Education: Any degree or equivalent.

Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a positive attitude.

Working Hours

Workdays: Monday to Sunday (weekly compensatory off available between Monday to Thursday).
