**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist cardiologists during routine and complex cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Operate and maintain cath lab equipment with precision and care.
- Ensure proper patient preparation and monitoring throughout procedures.
- Handle emergency situations in a proactive and efficient manner.
- Adhere to NABH and hospital quality standards for safety and infection control.
- Maintain accurate procedure records and assist in post-procedure care.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
- Minimum **6-8 years of experience** as a Cath Lab Technician, with proven exposure to routine and complex cardiac cases.
- Diploma / Degree in Cardiac Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of cath lab equipment, techniques, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in high-risk clinical environments.
