**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- _Ensuring Safe working condition and identifying and closing unsafe conditions and frequent trainings on unsafe behaviors and actions._
- _To ensure daily production and quality as per targets. Ensure m_aterial planning, shop inventory, production planning & execution for the shift. _
- _To ensure zero losses and timely resolution of the quality concerns and other concerns._
- _Fast and effective communication with the support department for resolution of the issues. i.e. stores, maintenance, Quality and other aggregates. _
- _Monitoring and closure of all the IR related issues on the line with the coordination with concern agencies. _
- _New model, PPAP and EN implementation on-line with proper documentation.. _
- _To ensure the DWM of respective shift including all PQCDSM parameter and timely action on the concerns. _
- _To achieve the targets of cost saving, Ideas per person, QC story. _
- _Adhering requirements related to TS, OHSAS, TPM, TMW and other various applicable audits. _
- _Monitoring and reduction in Paint, Thinner, FOS, consumables and stores items used on line. _
- _Timely closure of line balancing issues with Industiral Engg Dept. _
- _Actively participation in innovation drive and to ensure maximum innovation projects._
- _Training and development of cell members in line with the requirement of the organization_
- _Shift scheduling, absenteeism controls to ensure volume wise and model wise schedule adherence of production & dispatch plan._

**Experience**
- 3-6 years

**Industry Preferred**
- Automotive

**Qualifications**
- B.Tech
