4. Build relationships with industry partners, facilitating placements.

5. Ensure high placement rates and student satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in counselling, education management, or training.

3. Proven leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Familiarity with skill development programs, NSQF, and industry requirements.
