**Job Description: Draftsman**

**Position**: Accountant **Location**: Teynampet, Chennai **Company**: Samuthra Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for construction projects.
- Interpret design concepts and convert them into precise 2D/3D drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to finalize designs.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Update and maintain drawing records and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Draftsmanship or Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- 2+ years of experience in drafting construction-related designs (preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
