Job Title: In-House Interior Designer

**Job Description**:
We are a leading lighting company seeking an In-House Interior Designer to join our team. As an In-House Interior Designer, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their lighting needs, aligning with their design requirements. We are specifically looking for freshers or inexperienced individuals who possess strong motivation, a passion for design, and a results-driven mindset. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, lighting requirements, and overall project goals.
- Provide expert guidance and suggestions to clients regarding lighting options that align with their design aesthetic and functional needs.
- Create customized lighting plans and concepts tailored to each client's specific requirements.
- Assist clients in selecting lighting fixtures, including chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, and other decorative and functional lighting elements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate pricing, quotes, and delivery of lighting products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop visually appealing and informative materials showcasing the company's lighting products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in interior design and lighting.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of company-owned showrooms, creating inspiring and impactful lighting displays.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire design and purchasing process.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively promoting lighting products and services to clients and leveraging design expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for design and a keen eye for detail, with a strong understanding of aesthetics, color schemes, and spatial layouts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet clients' lighting and design needs.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of lighting principles, types of lighting fixtures, and lighting technology is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to the success of the company.
