- **Medication administration**:Safely administering medications as prescribed by doctors, including injections, and following proper protocols to prevent errors.
- **Basic patient care**:Assisting patients with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
- **Wound care**:Cleaning and dressing minor wounds under supervision.
- **Patient education**:Providing health information and instructions to patients and their families regarding their conditions and self-care practices.
- **Vital signs monitoring**:Regularly checking and recording vital signs to identify any changes in patient condition.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including observations, medications administered, and treatments provided.
- **Collaboration with healthcare team**:Communicating effectively with doctors, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- **Infection control**:Adhering to strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.
- **Emergency response**:Providing initial assistance in emergency situations as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
