**Job Title: Spoken English Teacher**

**Location**: Tharpakhna Ranchi

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time
**Salary**: 10,000-15,000

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging spoken English classes for students of different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Design and deliver interactive lessons focused on improving verbal communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Develop customized lesson plans, activities, and materials to suit learners’ needs.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Prepare students for interviews, presentations, or other verbal communication needs.
- Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.
- Stay updated with new teaching methods and technologies for language learning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience teaching spoken English is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable with online teaching tools (for virtual classes).

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Energetic and enthusiastic teaching style.
- Passionate about language and helping others improve.
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (if needed).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
