**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI/UX Design Creation**:

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- **User Research & Testing**:

- Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Develop user personas and customer journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- **Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Work closely with project managers, developers, and content creators to align design goals with business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- **Design Consistency**:

- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Advocate for best practices in design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (knowledge of development is a plus).
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
