Job Title: Barista

Location: VERSOVA, ANDHERI WEST

**Job Type**: FULL TIME

As a Barista at B2D (BAGELS TO DONUTS), you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- **Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, and teas, according to standardized recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, roasts, and brewing methods.
- **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve light snacks, pastries, and sandwiches as needed.
- Ensure food items are stored and handled in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to management.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Assist with ordering and receiving inventory shipments.
- Track and manage waste to minimize losses.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs).
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Additional Skills:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the coffee industry

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
