**Position: Inside Sales Executive-Real Estate**

**Location: Pune (3 positions)**
- **Shivajinagar - 1 position**
- **Kothrud - 1 position**
- **Katraj Kondhwa Road - 1 position**

**Requisites**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in presales.
- Excellent communication in English, Marathi & Hindi.
- Experience from real estate industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Should be good at Client relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads by making cold calls to active or old clients
- Connecting with potential Clients and fixing up their appointments for site visits.
- Close coordination with Clients for site visits
- Responding and resolving Clients’ queries actively
- Client Relationship Management
- To take care of enquiries generated by other means (Social media/Flyers/Banners)
- Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with Clients.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 2 years (preferred)
