Marketing Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Meet the doctors and visit hospitals for the business development and representing our brand value purpose.
- Regular update of new business planning to revise marketing strategy for better business outcomes by doing camps / referral marketing / work shops
- Ensuring performance metrics of revenue, margin and share are met also maintaining accurate forecasts, enhancing customer and dealer relationships.
- Council the patient and fitted them with proper prosthesis
- Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill
- Aggressively follow up with doctors existing and new on a regular basis and
- developing prospective joint replacement, IVF & gynae patients.
- Organizing Preventive Health Camps for Rural, NGOs as part of their CSR.
- Regularly organizing health checkups at community level and guiding youth for skills development.
- Organizing and participating events, exhibition to promote skills development program.
- Leading, Monitoring and managing the performance of a team of executives.
- Launching pro-active sales campaigns for new business leads
- Regularly updating senior managers of progress or areas of concern.

Minimum qualification - BSC/BPHARMA / GRADUATE WITH FIELD EXPERIENCE OF MEETING DOCTORS AND CAMPS
- Experience - two to three years for meeting doctors and organising camps / Doing interior working is a must.

1. Primarily to work in jhunjhunu, churu, mahendragarh periphery like singhana/ neem ka thana/ gudha/ pilani/ rajgarh/ taranagar/ narnaul/ mahendergarh/ bhiwani/ loharu etc.

2. Responsible for organising camps/opd after tie up with leading medical practitioner of a particular area.

3. Generating business through camps/opd and through doctors referral and will be reporting to head.

**Salary**: ₹6,200.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Singhana, Rajasthan, Singhana - 333516, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (required)
- Hospital Marketing: 1 year (required)
