**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Assist with setting up and clearing dining areas for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth service.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a waiter or in hospitality (preferred, not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
