Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lesson Planning and Delivery:

- Prepare and deliver lessons in alignment with the curriculum designed by

Sneh Asha Foundation for classes 6th to 10th.
- Cover essential computer topics including basic digital literacy, data

management, multimedia editing, IoT basics, cybersecurity, and practical
- Ensure 80% of content is fresh and updated, while incorporating 20% of the

previous year's curriculum for reinforcement.

2. Student Engagement:

- Use interactive teaching methods to make learning engaging and fun for

students.
- Ensure each child is involved and able to follow the lessons by adapting

- Facilitate practical, hands-on training sessions in the computer lab to enhance

students’ understanding of theoretical concepts.
- Provide guidance on project work, assignments, and assessments to improve

practical skills.

4. Classroom Management:

- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior,

ensuring discipline during classes and lab sessions.
- Monitor students' progress regularly and identify areas where additional

support is needed.

5. Student Assessment and Reporting:

- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practical tests to evaluate

student progress.
- Prepare detailed reports on student performance, attendance, and

participation for internal reviews.

6. Curriculum Support:

- Assist in curriculum refinement and development for the upcoming academic

year based on feedback and observations.
- Collaborate with other trainers, coordinators, and administrative staff to

ensure seamless delivery of the digital literacy program.

7. Communication and Coordination:

- Maintain regular communication with school authorities, parents (if required),

and the NGO management team regarding student progress, challenges, and

improvements.
- Participate in meetings, training, and capacity-building sessions organized by

the Foundation.

8. Supportive Roles:

- Help students prepare for computer-based exams or assessments.
- Act as a mentor and provide career guidance in digital literacy and related

fields.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Computer Science, Information

Technology, or related field).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Computer Trainer.
- Experience working in an NGO environment or with underprivileged children

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
