**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED.**
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Maintain daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Prepare Minutes of the Meeting for all meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Scheduling routes for office drivers.
- Assist HR in preparation of payroll, attendance tracking, issuance of offers etc.
- Responsible for maintaining office petty cash & updating same to Finance.
- **GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS MUST.**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
