**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and post them to appropriate accounts in accounting software.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, billing, and follow-up.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of ledger balances.
- Maintain and update financial records, documents, and reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, tax filings (GST, TDS), and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records for audit readiness.
- Support the audit process by providing required documents and responding to auditor queries.
- Help in budget preparation and expense tracking when needed.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
