- **Overview**:
The Oracle EBS Finance functional professional will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules to meet the organization's financial management and reporting requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirement Gathering**: Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes and reporting.

**Solution Design**: Designing solutions based on Oracle EBS Financial modules to address business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

**Customization and Extensions**: Customizing and extending Oracle EBS Financial modules through setups, configurations, and extensions to accommodate unique business requirements.

**Testing and Validation**: Developing test cases and conducting functional testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle EBS Financial configurations and customizations.

**Documentation**: Creating and maintaining functional documentation including business process flows, configuration documents, user guides, and training materials.

**Integration**: Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle EBS Financial modules and other enterprise systems.

**Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**: Investigating and resolving issues and errors related to Oracle EBS Financial modules in a timely manner.

**Skills**:
Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and FAH.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or later versions.

Knowledge of Oracle EBS setups, configurations, and extensions.

Familiarity with Oracle Financials Cloud (optional but advantageous).

**Functional Expertise**:
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

Experience with business process mapping and reengineering.

Understanding of financial reporting and analysis concepts.

**Communication and Collaboration**:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Capacity to analyze complex business processes and propose innovative solutions.

**Additional Requirements**:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Certification in Oracle EBS Financials (optional but advantageous).

Availability to work on-site or remotely depending on the organizational requirements.
