**Salary Bracket**:

- **Phase 1 (Initial Training - 2 Months)**: Travel allowance provided during this training period.
- **Phase 2 (Internship - 3 to 6 Months)**: INR 6,000 to INR 8,000 depending on performance.
- **Phase 3 (Full-Time Employment)**: INR 12,000 to INR 18,000 depending on performance.

The Photographer Intern will undergo a structured learning program, starting with basic photography skills, progressing through an internship phase, and culminating in full-time employment. This position is designed for individuals with a strong interest in photography and content creation, who are eager to learn and grow within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Phase 1**: Participate in a 2-month training program focused on photography basics, during which the company will cover travel allowances.
- **Phase 2**: Work as an intern for 3 to 6 months, with increasing responsibilities in handling photography tasks and contributing to media-related projects.
- **Phase 3**: Transition to full-time employment, where you will take on advanced photography tasks, assist in content creation, and collaborate with the creative team.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of photography concepts and camera handling.
- Strong interest in photography and content creation.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the team and clients.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- (Optional): Familiarity with photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.

**Phased Training & Employment Plan**:

- **Phase 2 (Internship - 3 to 6 Months)**: Interns will be hired with a stipend of INR 6,000 to INR 8,000 based on performance.
- **Phase 3 (Full-Time Employment)**: Successful interns will be offered full-time positions with a salary range of INR 12,000 to INR 18,000 based on performance.

**Equipment Sponsorship Opportunity**: If selected for full-time employment, the company will sponsor professional-grade camera equipment. This benefit will be given in phases based on performance, and interns are required to commit to staying with the company for at least 2 years to avail this benefit.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time position (Post-Internship).
- Monday off, working on Sundays.
- Typical working hours: 11 AM to 8 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM.
