Educational Qualification B.Com (CA/CA inter)

Position: Executive
- Finance

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Eligibility: 2 - 3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle end-to-end accounting and finance activities for service industry clients.

Support statutory, internal, and tax audits; effectively coordinate with auditors.

Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, MIS reports, and other financial analysis.

Manage compliance requirements under applicable laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting, while adhering to company policies and statutory regulations.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and internal controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless financial operations.

**Experience**:2-3 years of post-articleship experience, preferably in the service industry**.

**Skills & Attributes**:
Strong audit exposure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.

High level of accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Work Location**: Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
