- Process and track cashless and reimbursement claims efficiently.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of insurance claims.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.
- Collaborate with the billing and finance teams for claim reconciliation.
- Handle patient queries related to insurance coverage and claims.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance regulations.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of TPA processes and health insurance policies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
