Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Judiciary Faculty member to join our coaching centre based in Delhi. As a Judiciary Faculty, you will play a crucial role in preparing law students for various judicial examinations by delivering comprehensive and engaging classroom instruction. Your expertise and knowledge in Indian law, judiciary procedures, and legal reasoning will empower students to excel in their pursuit of a career in the judiciary.

**Responsibilities**:
Conducting Classroom Sessions: Delivering high-quality lectures and interactive sessions to students preparing for judiciary examinations, covering a wide range of legal topics.

Curriculum Enhancement: Continuously updating and enhancing the curriculum to align with the latest trends, changes in examination patterns, and emerging legal developments in the judiciary field.

Individual Student Support: Providing personalized guidance and mentoring to students, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and devising strategies to help them improve their understanding and performance.

Doubt Clearing Sessions: Conducting doubt-clearing sessions to address students' queries, clarify complex legal concepts, and provide additional support outside regular classroom sessions.

Performance Assessment: Evaluating students' progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas that require further attention or improvement.

Exam Analysis and Feedback: Analyzing previous examination papers, discussing strategies, and providing valuable insights to help students enhance their examination performance and time management skills.

Student Motivation and Counseling: Inspiring and motivating students to maintain a positive learning attitude, instilling confidence in their abilities, and guiding them towards success in judiciary exams.

Stay Updated: Staying abreast of changes in judiciary exam patterns, legal developments, and relevant case laws to ensure the delivery of accurate and up-to-date information to students.

Qualifications:
Anyone who have given any state judiciary interview atleast once can apply

Strong academic background with a minimum of a Master's degree in Law (LLM) from a reputable institution.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in Indian law, judiciary procedures, and legal reasoning.

Prior experience as a Judiciary Faculty member in a renowned coaching institute or law university is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging lectures and interact effectively with students.

Proficient in designing course materials and developing a comprehensive curriculum.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for easy understanding.

Dedication towards student success and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.

Updated knowledge of judiciary examination patterns, legal developments, and relevant case laws.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
