**Job Discriptions**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's website to ensure it is up-to-date, secure, and functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective website solutions.
- Design and implement new website features, functionality, and enhancements.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix any issues, such as broken links, accessibility problems, and outdated content.
- Monitor website analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website development and optimization.
- Ensure website compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as data privacy and accessibility standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bug fixes, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on website-related tools, processes, and best practices.
- Qualifications:

- **1-3 years of proven experience as a Website Expert, Web Developer, or similar role. ** Strong knowledge of website development technologies, such as **HTML, CSS, Figma, Shopify, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).**:

- Wordpress knowlegde plugin confirguration, knowlegde of editors like elementor, gutenburg, knowlegde of Div theme.
- **Experience with w**ebsite optimization techniques, including performance optimization, SEO, and mobile responsiveness, make website responsive. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as G4, Tag Manager and ability to derive insights from data.
- **Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to implement best practices.**:

- Knowledge of website security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
- **Proficiency in website testing and debugging tools. ** Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams ** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
