We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults, to enhance their speech, language, and social communication abilities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.

2. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.

3. Administer therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills, utilizing evidence-based practices.

4. Collaborate with team and other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to coordinate care and ensure holistic support.

5. Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

6. Educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies and techniques.

7. Stay informed about advancements in speech therapy and integrate new techniques into practice.

8. Work in various settings, such as schools, hospitals, or private practices, adapting approaches based on the environment and clientele.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

2. State registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

3. Clinical experience in assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders is a bonus.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

6. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
