As a Quality Controller at Varmora Forge Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our fasteners meets industry standards and customer expectations. You will be responsible for inspecting fasteners, verifying their conformance to specifications, and maintaining compliance with ISO and other quality management system requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct thorough inspections of fasteners to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

2. Perform visual and dimensional checks on fasteners using precision measuring instruments.

3. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.

4. Identify and report any deviations from quality standards or production issues to the appropriate personnel.

5. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.

6. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.

8. Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to ISO and other quality management system requirements.

9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

10. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in quality control or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

3. Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, including ISO 9001 standards.

4. Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment for quality inspections.

5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or discrepancies.

6. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

8. Familiarity with quality documentation and record-keeping processes.

9. Knowledge of statistical process control techniques is a plus.

10. Willingness to undergo training and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
