**Job Summary**:
As a content creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, informative, and engaging content to attract and retain a target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team, content team, and other stakeholders to develop and execute content strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and creative content for various platforms, reels, trending content, memes, informative, service-based and more.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
- Develop content strategies that support overall marketing and business goals.
- Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to complement written content.
- Should have good hands on graphic designing tools like Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Edit and optimize multimedia content for various platforms.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and feedback on various platforms.
- Engage with the community to build a loyal and active audience.
- Track and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights to improve content strategy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content creator or similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools and platforms.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
